JUZEPPE VERDI’S “AIDA” STAGED IN ARMENIA
By the performance of famous Italian director Mario Korradini and opera singer Hasmik Papyan Juzeppe Verdi’s “Aida” opera will be staged in Armenia.
The Culture Minister of Armenia Hasmik Poghosyan made agreements with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Armenia Bruno Skapini when hosting the Ambassador on July 23 to organize the performance of Verdi’s “Aida”.
It is said that in 2010 Armenian audience will be given opportunity to enjoy “Aida” opera after 25 years of pause.
