JERMUK 2009: VLADIMIR HAKOBIAN’S FOURTH IN DRAW
Armenian GM Vladimir Hakobian ended his set with Rustam Kasimjanov in draw in the fourth round of Jermuk 2009 FIDE “Grand Prix” tournament. This has been the fourth in draw of the Armenian GM. Vladimit has not been defeated but he has not won either, yet Armenian chess players expect him to perform a game full with news steps and ideas.
Currently Levon Aronian and Peter Leko have 3 points on their accounts and lead the ranking table. Vassily Ivanchuk and Ivan Cheparinov have 2.5 points; Pavel Elianov, Boris Gelfand, Etlen Bakro, Dmitry Yakovenko, Rustam Kasimjanov and Vladimir Hakobian have 2 points.
