Armenia exports frog and crawfish to Italy and France
Armenia exported 600kg of frog to Italy and 5 tons to France, Alexander Alexanyan, the head of checking control points of the Agriculture Ministry told Panorama.am.
It is reported that not only frog but crawfish is also exported to foreign states, especially to European countries and Ukraine.
“Totally 334 tons of crawfish is exported, and 130 tons of it is boiled and frozen crawfish exported to Swden,” Alexanyan said. According to official source, sausages are exported to Georgia.
It’s worth reminding that in March Mr. Alexanyan told Panorama.am that in the aftermath of financial crisis both exporting and importing have been significantly reduced.
