“Sunchild” 2-nd International Eco-Festival will be launched in Yerevan
“Sunchild” 2-nd International Eco-Festival will be held from October 25-29 in Yerevan. It is reported that “Sunchild” 2-nd International Eco-Festival’s main partner is Vivacell – MTS Company.
Audience award
This year for the first time in the frame of ‘’Sunchild’’ festival the spectator will have a chance to choose the winning film and grant Audience award.
OSCE mission in Armenia is fostering the implementation of Aarhus Convention in the country. Aarhus convention was ratified by Armenia in 2001. It declares that each Armenian citizen has equal right to get access to environmental information and to participate in all decision making processes concerning environmental issues.
OSCE Audience Award reflects this public participation and emphasizes the vital link between environmental issues and democracy. Thus SunChild Festival in cooperation with OSCE invites all visitors of the film screenings to choose their favorite film in a fair and free electoral process. All visitors of the screenings will get voting cards in order to decide which film should be honored with the OSCE Audience Award. The award can be given to all films screened in the informational program.
The OSCE Audience Award is endowed with price money of 1000, - Euro
