Chess European Team Championship: Armenian women's team wins against Italy's team
In Round 1 of the 17th European Team Championship held in Novi Sad, Serbia Armenian women's team won against Italy 2,5:1,5. Lilit Mkrtchyan defeated Olga Zimina, the other three games ended in draw. The Armenian team has 2 points now and leads with 12 other teams. In Round 2 the Armenian women’s team is to play against Slovenia’s team.
