Turkish President Abdullah Gul had a telephone conversation with the U.S. President Barack Obama. CnnTurk reports that a few questions under the bilateral interests, as well as regional issues have been discussed at the Presidents’ talk.
Turkish paper writes that Turkey’s Gul took the initiative to call the U.S. president to discuss Armenian Genocide resolution put in the agenda of U.S. House of Representatives. Further information about the Presidents’ talk isn’t reported. Turkish President’s official web site even doesn’t provide any information about the phone call.
