CNNTurk: April 13 crucial for Armenian-Turkish normalization process
“In Yerevan-Ankara contact line, April 13 will be crucial for the Armenian-Turkish normalization process. Ankara is expecting obligations from Yerevan, while Yerevan does the same from Ankara,” CNNTurk writes.
According to the source, the Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan, due to leave for Washington over the Nuclear Security Summit, is expected to discuss with the US President Barack Obama the future of the protocols and this is to decide whether Armenia will withdraw from the process or not.
“Not to withdraw, official Yerevan expects Turkey to make a statement with content: “We have hung the protocols on a hook due to internal problems.”
