New school opens in Stepanakert, Karabakh
On March 31 the President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan partook at the solemn ceremony of opening the new building of Stepanakert school N1, constructed by the "Save the Children" organization in cooperation with the NKR government.
During the ceremony the President handed in the "Gratitude" medal to the president of the United Armenian Fund, vice-chairman of the Lincy Foundation Harut Sassounian.
Primate of the Artsakh Diocese of the Armenian Apostolic Church Archbishop Pargev Martirosyan, NKR National Assembly chairman Ashot Ghoulyan, PM Ara Haroutyunyan and other officials were present at the ceremony, the central information department of the office of NKR President reported.
