 Turkey’s FM Ahmet Davutoglu declared at joint news conference with Slovenian FM that he had a telephone conversation with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammediarov, Turkish Cumhuriyet reported.

Davutoglu said Armenian-Azerbaijani issues have been the highlights of their conversation. Turkish FM stated that the sides have a tradition to inform each other after every meeting about the most important items. Davutglo said he introduced to his Azerbaijani counterpart about Erdogan’s Paris meeting and the details of Sinirlioglu’s Armenian travel. Davutoglu said Sinirlioglu is going to pay another visit to Baku on April 9 to hand Erdogan’s special message to Azerbaijani authorities. 

Turkish Hurriyet reported Erdogan’s envoy is supposed to hand Ankara’s message which reads: “Don’t be alarmed with Erdogan-Sargsyan meeting in Washington.”
