Chess: Vladimir Hakobyan to take part in FIDE Grand-Prix
Olympic champion Vladimir Hakobyan will take part in the last tournament of the FIDE Grand-Prix due in Astrakhan, Russia, May 10-24, 2010.
According to the Armenian Chess Federation, the Armenian grandmaster's opponents will be Peter Leko (Hungary), Shakhriyar Mamedyarov, Teimour Radjabov, Vugar Gashimov (Azerbaijan), Wang Yue (China), Pavel Eljanov, Vassily Ivanchuk, Ruslan Ponomariov (Ukraine), Boris Gelfand (Israel), Peter Svidler, Dmitry Jakovenko, Evgeny Alekseev, Ernesto Inarkiev (Russia).
