Turkey and Russia to sign 20 deals
Ankara hosts on May 11 the President of Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev. RF President due paying two-day working visit to Turkey will be accompanied by a large delegation of ministers and officials. Turkish “Cumhuriyet” reported the sides are intended to sign about 20 deals in the frames of the visit.
Russian FM Sergey Lavrov is included in the president’s delegation and is intended to have a separate meeting with his Turkish counterpart Ahmet Davutoglu. According to the Turkish source Armenian-Turkish ties and Karabakh issue are supposed to be discussed by the FM-s. It’s worth reminding that last time Russian delegation arrived in Ankara was in 2004 when President Vliadimir Putin ruled the country.
