FIDE Grand Prix: Vladimir Hakobian ends in draw with Vugar Gashimov
After Round 5 of FIDE Grand Prix underway in Astrakhan, Ukrainian GM Pavel Eljanov has taken a sole lead in the tournament list. Another Ukrainian player Vassily Ivanchuk won against Ruslan Ponomariov.
Armenian Vladimir Hakobian ended in draw with Azerbaijani Vugar Gashimov and with 2 points now runs in the final horizontals with 6 others. Round 6 is due May 16.
