Armenian Prime Minister receives Austria's Foreign Minister
Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received today Foreign Minister of Austria Michael Spindelegger.
According to Government’s press service, the PM said he is pleased with the current level of political relations between Armenia and Austria and signified the intensification of bilateral economic ties. Austrian Minister noted that the Austrian government is interested in intensifying cooperation with the South Caucasian countries.
Speaking about the process of cooperation with the EU, Tigran Sargsyan pointed out the importance of the “Eastern Partnership” program. As a prior condition for development of economic cooperation, the parties singled out the necessity of Association Agreement and Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Agreement.
The interlocutors highlighted the creation of favorable conditions for the expansion of investment field. They pointed out the importance of deepening cooperation in cultural and scientific-educational spheres as well.
