President Serzh Sargsyan today received the delegation of Pyunik Charity Fund, President’s press office reported. President Sargsyan highly evaluated the fund’s mission to make the fields of education, science, social security and healthcare. According to the President, such institutions play an important role, since they find a way to the hearts of people more easily and thus, they become significant role-players.

Executive Director of Pyunik Fund Gabriel Jambarjyan presented the Fund’s programs and noted that they intended to expand the framework of activity to contribute to the development of Armenia as far as they can.

During a year of its existence, Pyunik has implemented a number of charity programs in Armenia and Artsakh in close cooperation with the Armenian Apostolic Church.

Pyunik Fund gifted one of Hovhannes Ayvazovski’s works to President Sargsyan.
