Chiragov not present at ECHR trial
Azerbaijani plaintiff isn’t present at “Chiragov and others vs. Armenia” case trial in Strasbourg. Elhan and Adishirin Chiragovs have arrived in Europe to participate in the court hearings but have not reached Strasbourg yet.
According to information, Chiragovs have traveled from Paris to Dusseldorf, instead of Strasbourg.
Tow Azeris were present at the case trial - Akif Hasanov and Fehredin Pashayev.
European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) kicked off hearings on “Chiragov and others vs. Armenia” in Strasbourg and another case “Sargsyan vs. Azerbaijan” is supposed to launch on the second half of the day. Both trials concern Karabakh-Azerbaijani conflict.
