Joe Cocker to perform concert in Armenia
For the first time the world-famous English rock/blues musician, composer Joe Cocker will perform a single concert in the Armenian capital of Yerevan. The concert has been initiated by Ameriabank and “Yerevan Perspectives” 11th International Music Festival, on the occasion of Ameriabank 100th anniversary, the bank’s press service informs.
The the concert will take place on October 26 at 8.30 pm at Karen Demirchyan Music Complex.
His well-known songs include My Father's Son, Unchain My Heart, and You Can Leave Your Hat On.
Joe Cocker received several awards, including a 1983 Grammy Award for his song "Up Where We Belong”.
