Iran’s disposition over Nagorno-Karabakh unbiased - Ambassador
After independence, when Armenia needed assistance in industrial, agricultural spheres, Iran was always with Armenia, Iranian Ambassador to Armenia Seyed Ali Saqqaiyan told Iran’s MEHR news agency.
“Iran-Armenia relations certify that Christianity and Islam can live together in peace,” the Ambassador said, speaking about the amiable ties between Armenia and Iran.
Touching upon Armenia-Iran economic relations, Ali Saqqaiyan said: “Though Armenia is a small country, there are big opportunities for cooperation with the country’s private sector. Iran is intent to make investments into tourism sphere in Armenia and the Armenian authorities have expressed approval over it.”
Iran’s disposition on Nagorno-Karabakh is unbiased, the Ambassador said.
