Georgians should develop cuisine – Mikheil Saakashvili
Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili advises people to learn good processing of meat and develop the Georgian cuisine. The comments came as Mikheil Saakashvili was visiting a new meat-processing factory in Natakhtari Wednesday, Georgian media said.
"The Georgians cuisine is indeed unique in the world, although we do not know how to process two basic food components, like meat and fish. Even in the whole Black Sea coastline, we are learning how to process the products. We, Georgians, should be developing our cuisine all time and meat processing is the firs precondition for that", Saakashvili said.
Georgia’s President has several times underscored the necessity to develop the national cuisine considering it one of the strategic tourist attractions.
