Consultative Council of European Prosecutors 5th plenary meeting due in Yerevan
The 5th Consultative Council of European Prosecutors (CCPE) plenary meeting during which CCPE Opinion No. 5 "On the principles of public action in the field of justice for juvenils" will be finalised and adopted, will be held in Yerevan from 19 to 21 October 2010, on the invitation of the General Prosecutor of Armenia. Austria’s Deputy Prosecutor General Eugen Fabrizy arrived in Yerevan on Friday to attend the meeting.
According to RA Prosecutor General’s office, During the meeting with Armenia’s General Prosecutor Aghvan Hovsepyan the sides discussed issues of cooperation between the General Prosecutor’s Offices of both countries highlighting the cooperation between the law enforcement bodies in the struggle against criminality and exchange of experience. The RA General Prosecutor voiced hope that the visit would contribute to the development of cooperation.
The Deputy Prosecutor General of Austria will visit Tsitsernakaberd and the Armenian Genocide Museum as well as other historical places during his visit to Armenia.
