Guinness World Records confim "Wings of Tatev" as world’s longest aerial tramway
Minutes ago Tatev village of Syunik province, Armenia, was hosting a ceremony of certification and inclusion of the world's longest reversible passenger aerial tramway - The Wings of Tatev - into The Guinness Book of World Records. The certificate is already with the Armenian side, Panorama.am reporter said.
A representative of The Guinness World Records, Karim Valerio, has arrived in Armenia to participate in the ceremony.
Tatev’s Wings is 5,7km long, the deepest drop is at 320 meters above ground.
