Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received today newly appointed Ukrainian Ambassador to Armenia Ivan Kukhta, Governmental press service informed.

The Prime Minister expressed confidence that with his activity the Ambassador will contribute to dynamic development of friendly relations between the two countries.

In terms of expansion of Armenian-Ukrainian economic cooperation, the head of the government pointed out the necessity of realization of the whole existing potential.

During the meeting the parties talked over development prospects of cooperation in the spheres of economy, education, culture and tourism. In the context of deepening of bilateral relations details on the upcoming high-level mutual visits and on the works of the regular session of the Armenian-Ukrainian Intergovernmental Commission for Cooperation were discussed.

In regard to activation of contacts between Armenian and Ukrainian businessmen importance was attached to conduction of business forums.
