Armenia, UAE discuss perspectives for implementation of joint projects
Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan received today Minister for Foreign Trade of the United Arab Emirates Sheikha Lubna al Qasimi who has arrived in Armenia to participate in the Armenia-UAE first business forum.
Serzh Sargsyan signified the conduction of the business forum and the recurrent visit of the minister to Armenia considering the participation of about 50 businessmen in the first forum as promising beginning of effective partnership, Armenian President's press office reported.
UAE Minister for Foreign Trade spoke about the arrangements reached during the meetings with the representatives of the executive power and during the forum. She noted that a number of suggestions of mutual interest have been discussed which will successfully be brought to life taking into consideration bilateral practical and effective efforts to boost cooperation.
The interlocutors also rated high the role of the Armenia-UAE inter-governmental cooperation commission voicing hope that in the future sessions it will discuss, adopt and bring to life a number of projects of bilateral interest.
