Caspian states still have agreement undetermined
Five Caspian littoral states’ representatives arrived in Baku to agree on a draft agreement on security cooperation in the Caspian Sea, but still they have that agreement undetermined having lots of discords, “Turan” news agency reported.
Baku hosted the Deputy Foreign Ministers of Islamic Republic of Iran, Russia, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan.
According to the source instead of a news conference, Azerbaijan’s Deputy FM released a statement. He said the representatives of the Caspian states recorded advancement in many issues, but still further discussions are needed to get final agreement.
