Davutoglu facing problems at Abu Dhabi airport
Turkey's minister of foreign affairs, Ahmet Davutoglu, who is paying working visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), had to wait with his accompanying delegation at the Abu Dhabi airport for two hours over suspicions arisen among security service workers on Monday, according to Turkish media reports.
Davutoglu was not allowed to leave the airport before he showed his diplomatic passport. However, the issue was settled only after the UAE Foreign Minister and Interior Minister interfered. UAE authorities apologized from Davutoglu over the incident.
