 The reporter of “Azadlig” radio station has not only witnessed a real infringement but has faced intensed pressure, “Turan” agency reported.

According to the source, in a polling station of Ordubad a citizen of Azerbaijan cast his ballot in one polling station while being recorded in another one. The citizen cast his ballot twice, the right of which he simply didn’t have and that kind of infringement has been stopped by nobody.

The reporter who recorded the case was forced to destroy the record. Having a negative answer, the representatives of the polling station kept her until the police arrived.

To conclude those having made infringements are encouraged but those having them recorded are punished and pressured.
In Nakhijevan the reporters were totally banned to enter the polling stations. “Turan” reporter told the members of polling committee were warned: “we’ve been strictly ordered not to allow any reporter to enter the polling station.”
