Turkish national intelligence agency more interested in specialists of Armenian
National Intelligence Agency of Turkey (MIT) has been restructured based on a secret decree. MIT is currently divided into two basic structures – domestic and foreign intelligence sections. The secretary general of the agency now has four assistant. According to the new model the domestic section will target interior affairs and the foreign section – affairs abroad.
“CnnTurk” reported it was 6 months ago that PM Recep Tayyip Erdogan hinted on MIT transformation. He said MIT should focus foreign intelligence. Thus, MIT needs specialists of foreign languages, employing specialists of Armenian, Arabic, Serbian, Georgia, Hebrew, Greek, Bulgarian, Russian, Albanian.
