At the initial trial stage everyone who has a Wi-Fi-laptop or Internet-capable gadget with embedded wireless module ( any Smartphone or Wi-Fi enabled mobile handsets), will be given free and unrestricted access to Internet within the Wi-Fi hot spot areas:

• Armenian State Economic University
• Armenian Pedagogical University
• Areas adjacent to Opera
• Armenian Public Library
