World Youth U16: Armenian team leads Olympiad
World Youth U16 Olympiad kicked off in Turkish city of Burdur, where Armenian national youth team - Karen H. Grigoryan, Robert Aghasaryan, Hovhannes Gabuzyan, Davit Shahinyan, Tigran S. Petrosyan, coach - Arsen Yegiazarian is taking part.
Three rounds are completed with perfect victories of Armenian team. In the first round Armenian chess players defeated Turkmen team recording 4:0; in the second round Russian team was defeated at 3:1 scores and in the third one Portuguese team was defeated again in 4:0.
Currently Armenian team leads the tournament solely. Today their rival is the team of Belarus which recorded two victories and one in draw.
