Yerevan hosts 71st Armenian Championship
The highest league tournament of the 71st Armenian championship will be held in Yerevan from January 10 to 22, armchess.am writes.
11 grandmasters will play for the title of the champion and for the only empty place in the Armenian national team. The participants of the tournament are A. Pashikian, H. Melkumyan, T. L. Petrosian, A. Grigoryan, A. Anastasian, Art. Minasian, S. Ter-Sahakyan, R. Hovhannisyan, T. Kotanjian, D. G. Petrosian, Ara Minasian.
In the meantime the highest league tournament of the 66th Armenian women's championship will also be held in Yerevan.
