Sinan Ogan: Relations with Armenia having no diplomat to know Armenian
Sinan Ogan, the director of center for international relations and strategy of Turkey (TÜRKSAM), was granted a unique chance to express his condemnation to the Chairman of Turkish education council (YÖK) Yusuf Zia Ozjan.
Ogan signified specialization of Turkish universities in the foreign policy of the country. “We have an Armenian cause, but we don’t have diplomats knowing Armenian,” he said.
It’s worth reminding that the “Center of living languages” has been founded by the scientific council of Diarbeqir’s Dijle University. A project is developed which defines that Armenian, Kurdish, Arabic languages will be taught.
