Levon Aronyan ended in draw with Giri
In the tenth round of chess festival held in Dutch city of Wijk aan Zee, Armenian GM Levon Aronyan ended in draw with Anish Giri. Armenian GM scored 6,5 points and shares 3rd-4th horizontals with Vladimir Kramnik. H. Nakamura and V. Anand both defeated their rivals – Lagrave and Shirov, scored 7 points and lead the tournament.
Tomorrow, in the 11th round Levon Aronyan will play in white figures with Ponomariov.
Gabriel Sargsyan plays in group “B” and was first time defeated in this tournament. Armenian chess player scored 6 points and shares 3rd-5th horizontals.
