Wine making art and its problems: ‘We don’t manage to challenge the crisis’
Alcoholic beverages are well purchased during the last decade, Avag Harutyunyan, the president of Oenologists’ Union of Armenia, told the reporters Friday making his remarks on the results,
achievements and problems they have in wine making art.
According to the source, alcoholic beverages, particularly wine and brandy have been well sold in 2010.
Compared with 2009, wine consumption in 2010 has four times grown. But still experts say there are numerous problems in wine making field.
“We don’t manage to challenge the crisis completely. We’re still far from the hot season of 2008. Currently the field is in a recovery phase,” Avag Harutyunyan said.
