 On 7 February President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received famous geologist, academician Grigory Gabrielyants, art workers Samvel Hovhannisyan and Yuri Grigoryan.

Issues related to the foundation of fine arts museum in the town of Shoushi were discussed during the meeting.
The Head of the State noted the importance of opening the museum in Shoushi underlining that it would give a new impetus to the development of culture and tourism both in the town and in the whole republic.

The President noted that the cultural sphere was among the pivotal basis of the republic’s progress and the authorities would favor the realization of such patriotic undertakings by all means.

Minister of culture and youth affairs Narine Aghabalyan and permanent representative of the Artsakh Republic to the Russian Federation Albert Andryan partook at the meeting, central information department of the office of Artsakh Republic President reports.
