Orange Kino. two tickets for the price of one
Today Orange launched Orange Kino service, which will enable Orange voice services subscribers to invite one of their friends to cinema any day of the week by paying only for one ticket.
Bruno Duthoit, Orange CEO, said: “During its one-year activity in Armenia Orange has mostly initiated music events and activities. Today, the first day of the spring, we are launching a surprise also to cinephiles. Today is the start day of a long-term partnership with Yerevan Moscow Cinema and Gumri Hoktember Cinema, which will surely animate and boost the interest for cinema in Armenia. Due to Orange Kino service all days of the week will be days of film watching.”
Under different names, Orange Kino is already available in a number of countries of Orange presence and has significantly changed the cinema attendance culture in these countries.
Aram Mkrtchyan, Orange Marketing Director, said: “ We beleive that any film watching is better and more interesting, if you watch it with someone. That’s why we initiated Orange Kino, which always allows our customers to go to cinema with a friend. Our preliminary researches revealed that for our subscribers, and in particular for young subscribers, price of the cinema ticket may hinder them from watching their preferred films at the cinema. Now the price is no more an obsacle”.
Orange Let’s Talk, Every Month and Business services subscribers can use Orange Kino service any day of the week, once daily. To activate the service it is necessary to send the word “kino” to 5555 short number, receive the code (1500 AMD will be charged from the account of the subscriber), then on the same day present the code to Yerevan “Moscow” and Gumri “Hoktember” Cinemas’ ticket boxes and receive two tickets for any film to be shown that day.
To use the service, Orange Let’s Talk service subscribers shall have minimum 2000 AMD on their account.
In Yerevan, Orange Kino is already available to Orange voice subscribers, and in Gumri, it will start next week.
