Trilateral Memorandum of Understanding was signed
VivaCell-MTS, a subsidiary of “Mobile TeleSystems” OJSC, informs that today the Company General Manager Ralph Yirikian, the Director of the Executive Board of “Hayastan” All Armenian Fund Ara Vardanyan, and the General Manager of Synopsis Armenia Hovik Musaelyan signed a trilateral Memorandum of Understanding dedicated to the year 2010’s “Annual Award of the President of Republic of Armenia For Outstanding Contribution to Global IT”, initiated by Synopsis Armenia. The year 2010 award program – AMD 22 million, is financed by Armenia’s Leading Mobile Operator VivaCell-MTS.
A statement on the memorandum reads: “Taking into account the effective and successful cooperation between organizers and the financing party over the previous years, the Parties are guided by mutual understanding, partnership and as well as high sense of the importance of this undertaking.”
