Olympics 2012 tickets on sale from March 15
United States residents will have a chance to buy tickets for the 2012 London Olympics through the U.S. Olympic Committee's ticket seller on March 15.
More than 58,000 tickets will be made available through an online request process that runs through April 22. The USOC said more than half the tickets offered during the initial phase will be priced at less than $150.
A second phase is scheduled to begin in June. It will include unsold tickets from the first phase and other tickets the USOC's contractor, CoSport, acquires from the London Organizing Committee.
