Every time he “surpasses” himself by his own statements,” Republican MP Karen Avagyan told Panorama.am making remarks on the head of the department for foreign affairs of the Azerbaijani President’s administration Novruz Mamedov’s statement that Yerevan-Stepanakert flights would violate the international law.

According to MP the policy being implemented by Armenia is definite and it’s quite strange for him why such statements are made by Azerbaijan’s state administration.

“Has Azerbaijan forgotten that they are violating almost two decades the self determination right of Karabakhi people? People of Artsakh have the right to be served flights and use air transport means.”
