Sibil Pektorosoglu: I’ll do my best to keep Armenian in Turkey
Turkish Armenian singer Sibil Pektorosoglu, whose performance of an Armenian song became popular in Turkey, had an interview with “Sabah” daily. “I was happy to see my video on Turkish TV stations. I’ll be trying hard to keep Armenian which is so favorite for these lands. I dream of performing an old Armenian song in the ruins of Ani.”
Speaking of her activities, the singer says: “This was a good surprise for the Armenians. If once we imported Armenian videos from US or Armenia, now we can provide them our songs.”
