Expert says Aliyev’s armed statements contribute to leakage
Azerbaijan is against the resolution of Artsakh conflict, expert Levon Melik-Shahnazaryan said in a meeting with the journalists.
Panorama.am was interested when Azerbaijan would seek for the resolution of NK conflict, expert answered: “It will happen the day when Azerbaijan has a different president. Today, Ilham Aliyev targets presidential chair for his son Heydar junior. His domestic and foreign policy cursors target only that.”
“The people of Azerbaijan avoid war, they have seen it and are afraid of it. And each armed statement voiced by their president contribute to a new phase of escape of people,” expert said.
