90% of Millennium Challenges Foundation – Armenia programs accomplished
About 90% of Millennium Challenges Foundation – Armenia programs is accomplished, Ara Hovsepyan, the executive director of MCF – Armenia SNGO told the reporters today making his conclusion for the activities launched since 2006.
According to A. Hovsepyan water supply programs have formed the greatest part of the programs, which took $120 million, programs of agricultural directions come the second ($32,5 million) and the program to support irrigation structures is the third ($2million).
“Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan attended the official opening ceremony of the most important program of ours – reconstruction of the pumping station in Noyemberyan,” Ara Hovsepyan said.
