OSCE PA official website attacked by Azerbaijani hackers?
The official website of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly came under hacker attack. APA reports that the website is not available at the moment. On typing the address www.oscepa.org, users see the photo of the OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs crossed by two red stripes and Azerbaijan’s map with Nagorno-Karabakh as part of it, with an inscription ““Karabakh is ours.” (http://www.peeep.us/08f13285 screenshot).
Note that the Azerbaijani news agency features the mentioned photo, however, the photo is not on the OSCE PA website at the moment. At the same time, the website is out of order: when typing the address in the address bar, the users see error. This may be the result of hacker attack and administration’s operations towards restoring the website.
The Azerbaijani news agency reminds that the OSCE PA opens its autumn session in Dubrovnik, Croatia today. The issue of the settlement of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict will be on the session’s agenda.
OSCE’s newly-appointed Special Representative for the South Caucasus Joao Soares will chair the discussions titled “The OSCE’ Role in the Settlement of the Conflicts: Nagorno-Karabakh.” The OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chairs, Robert Bradtke of United States, Bernard Fassier of France, and Igor Popov of Russia will also attend the discussions.
