 According to the Defense Army operative data, the situation was tensed during the previous week in the line of contact of Karabakhi-Azerbaijani line of contact.

Though official Baku uses various international chairs to declare that the Armenian party violates the ceasefire regime, the reality proves quite the opposite. Within the previous 7 days Azerbaijani army has violated the ceasefire regime about 180 times firing more than 500 shots against the Armenian military positions.

The violations were more intensified on October 4, 5, when the rival fired not only from sniper rifles but from other types of firearms. On October 5 in the aftermath of fire shooting a solder of Defense Army, Yuri Aram Sargsyan, 1987, was deadly shot.

The press service of Defense Army reported that Azerbaijan is taking efforts to destabilize the situation on the line of contact.
