Tatul Manaseryan: We need to reduce shadow economy
In order to overcome possible economic crises, we need to reduce shadow economy and to implement flexible tax policy, head of the Alternative research center, Doctor, Professor of Economics Tatul Manaseryan told a news conference in Yerevan.
According to the expert, Armenia’s shadow economy has a huge potential.
Cutting interest rates to zero in the Armenian regions, the economist noted, specifically in border villages, would promote economic progress.
Agriculture registered a 21 percent growth this year, and we must make efforts for the economic growth not to be occasional, Manaseryan said.
