ANOC President: Albert Azaryan Armenia’s flagman in London
“Albert Azaryan, our best sportsman of 20th century, will be Armenia’s flagman to London-hosted Olympic Games 2012,” Gagik Tsarukyan, President of Armenian National Olympic Committee, declared Friday.
ANOC President has said that Albert Azaryan is a unique amulet of Armenia’s team. He was Armenia’s flagman in Beijing Games from where Armenian sportsmen brought 6 medals. ANOC President has said he’s hopeful the color of medals from London will be different and our sportsmen will be granted more medals.
