Turkey: Quake survivors live in terrible conditions
Those who survived the devastating earthquake of Van live in terrible conditions. They shift in for sleeping in tents, they drink dirty water, “rusnovosti” quotes Olesia Baijan, a native of Van, as saying.
It’s said the survivors are badly treated. Those who have serious injuries are basically offered a medical help.
“We were told a building should be constructed, but when and where was not clear. It’s cold, we live in streets with our children. Some food and water is brought which isn’t enough. We drink dirty water,” said Olesia.
