Another serviceman of the Azerbaijani army has died. The incident occurred at a military unit of Azerbaijan’s Defense Ministry in Agjabedi region. APA reports that Royal Agayev, 18, died from disease. He was drafted by the military commissariat of Shabran region in 2010.

The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry confirmed the death to APA.

The Defense Ministry has confirmed the fourth military death in Azerbaijan since October 27. Azerbaijani army soldier Aliyev Javid Elshan, 19, died as a result of incident in Sumgayit on October 27. An explosion occurred while he was pumping up truck wheels. He died from a head injury. Azerbaijani soldier Taleh Teymur Huseynbalazade, 19, was killed by electric shock on October 28. The incident occurred at the Defense Ministry’s military unit in Aghdam region of Azerbaijan. APA reported about two military deaths in Azerbaijan today at different times of the day: Ruslan Kerimov, 18, died in Ganja, and Royal Agayev, 18, - in Agjabedi region.

Azerbaijan has registered 86 military deaths this year. 9 Azerbaijani servicemen died “under unknown circumstances,” 13 were killed in accidents, 12 died in traffic accidents, 11 died of diseases (or poisoning), 16 were killed by their co-servicemen, 12 committed suicide.
