President Serzh Sargsyan received today S.C. Johnson & Son Distinguished Professor of International Marketing at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, Philip Kotler, President’s press office reported.

Serzh Sargsyan welcomed Professor Kotler and expressed confidence that his visit to our country will be useful for the Armenian youth and business community which seek to improve their marketing and business organizational skills and look forward to meeting with the professor and listening to his lectures.

The President stressed that marketing science is too important for every country having market economy and welcomed Philip Kotler’s initiative to establish a regional center for marketing development in Armenia, which can play a key role in training quality specialists.

Professor Kotler, who considers marketing as both science and art, noted that he is ready to share his knowledge of marketing with Armenian youth and businessmen with great pleasure.
