Armenian-Georgian business forum to open in Tbilisi today
President Serzh Sargsyan will visit St. Etchmiadzin Church in Tbilisi on the second day of his official visit to Georgia. A monument to Alexander Mantashev will be unveiled near the church. The unveiling ceremony will be attended by the Armenian President, a Panorama.am correspondent reported from Tbilisi.
The Armenian-Georgian business forum will open in Tbilisi today. The forum is held for the second time in the modern history of Armenian-Georgian relations, President of the Union of Manufacturers and Businessmen (Employers) of Armenia Arsen Ghazaryan told Panorama.am. The first business forum was held in 2004 and again followed Armenian President’s official visit to Georgia.
“Certainly President’s visit will also seriously boost Armenian-Georgian business ties,” said Ghazaryan.
President Serzh Sargsyan started his official visit to Georgia on Tuesday. As part of his visit, he met with Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, Parliament Speaker David Bakradze, Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia Ilia II.
