A new assistance service at Orange for smartphone users
From now on smartphone users can get technical support for their smartphone not only in Orange Care corners at Orange shops, but also through a new direct call service. The service is presented in Armenia for the first time. In order to use it, customers just have to dial 500 from their Orange number. Specially trained specialists will help customers to set up web and email access, synchronize and backup a device, configure mail, language, keyboard, date settings etc. The service is chargeable: the cost per minute is 150 AMD, and per second billing is applied.

We understand the role we can play in everyday life of our customers by assisting them and giving the possibility to use all possibilitites of their “intelligent” devices”.
