Russian Film Week to open in Yerevan today
Russian Film Week will open at Moscow House in Yerevan today within the framework of Armenian-Russian cultural cooperation and on the initiative of the Russian Ministry of Culture and Fest Cinema company, Secretary of Russia's Union of Cinematographers, President of Film Festival Amur Fall and Russian Open Film Festival, Sergey Novozhilov told a news conference.
Five new Russian films will be screened on the sidelines of the Russian Film Week, according to him.
Director General of Fest Cinema Sergey Los noted that Russian Film Weeks are also held in CIS and Baltic states. He wishes this tradition to continue and Russian films to be screened in Armenia next year too.
